Cancelling your Punt Ai membership is quick and hassle-free. Simply email Cancel@punt-ai.com with the word “CANCEL” and your membership will be cancelled immediately. Please note that cancellation requests must be received before your next billing date. Any requests sent after your card has been charged will take effect from the following billing period.

Refund Policy.

Due to the immediate delivery of digital content, refunds are not available for change of mind, partial usage, or early cancellation. If you experience technical access issues or believe an incorrect charge has occurred, you must contact us within 7 days at Support@punt-ai.com.
