We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payments are processed through Stripe, which uses bank-level 256-bit SSL encryption. Apple pay is also accepted. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
Due to the nature of our digital service, refunds are not available once tips have been delivered. However, if you experience any issues with your subscription or access, please reach out via our contact page and we’ll work with you to find a fair resolution.
You can cancel your subscription at any time and there are no lock-in contracts or cancellation fees. Simply email us at Cancel@punt-ai.com and we’ll process your cancellation promptly. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

You must cancel BEFORE your next payment period, cancellation requests made after a billing period will not result in a refund.
Yes, Weekly and Monthly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You’ll receive a receipt via email for each payment. You can cancel at any time before your next renewal date to stop future charges. Lifetime Access is a one-time payment with no recurring charges.
Tips & Access
Tips are typically posted the evening before the event, giving you plenty of time to review our analysis and place your bets at the best available odds. We always aim to give you as much lead time as possible.
AFL picks: 24 hours before a game begins.
NRL picks: Evening before games.
NBA picks: Evening before games.
NFL picks: Evening before games.
Racing picks: Morning of Raceday. (at least 2 hours before first race)
After completing your subscription, you’ll be redirected to a page with our private Instagram handle and instructions. Search for the account, send a follow request, and we’ll approve it as quickly as possible — usually within a few hours. Once approved, all picks will appear in your feed and stories.
